We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or failures caused by these third parties.

While we aim for accuracy, NexOffset is not liable for errors resulting from:

  • Incorrect user input
  • Delays or failures in third-party systems
  • Temporary inconsistencies in retirement status

NexOffset is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
